Fly-Ash Details : 

• Fly ash is fine glass-like powder recovered from gases created by coal fired during electric power generation at power plants.
• Fly ash is a burnt and powdery derivative of inorganic mineral matter that generates during the combustion of pulverized coal in the thermal power plant. The burnt ash of the coalcontains mostly silica, alumina, calcium, iron are the major chemical constituents. Depends on the burning temperature of coal.
• The chemistry of fly ash depends on the type of coal burnt in boiler furnace, temperature of furnace, degree of pulverization of coal, after this procedure we get fine fly ash & use full for multipurpose.
• A Pozzolans ensure the setting of concrete and plaster and provide concrete with more protection from wet conditions and chemical attack.
